Live market data

Live market data is real, current pricing straight from an exchange, as opposed to the delayed or invented prices many practice apps use.

Plenty of simulators run on prices that are fifteen minutes old, or on made-up numbers. Learning on those teaches habits that break the moment you see a real quote.

Real data comes from exchanges, and each exchange sees only its own trades. A consolidated feed merges all of them; a single-exchange feed like IEX is real and current but shows a slightly different price at any instant.

In Stoxhatch

Prices come from the IEX exchange feed through our own server, so what you trade against is a real price a real person could have got.
